When your offer is ready, you’ll be called your waiting number or you’ll receive phone call if you are out.

You get CASH on site (basically).
Offers are made as a total amount. You may have items returned to you and if you want to leave them in the store,
we’ll take care of them.
Product condition and market price may affect offer amount.

Rules of selling

We request your Government issued valid photo ID (Driver license, passport etc.) when you are selling ANY items. Your ID information will be recorded as necessary.
Customers will be asked for their signature and filling in the required fields on the customer form. In case a child under the age of 18 is selling items, we request the parent or guardian for legal representation to accompany the child (We request the parent to write their names on the purchase form).
Regardless of above stipulation, BOOKOFF reserves the right to request the customer to show their ID at anytime, when deemed necessary.

We may not be able to buy some items depending on the condition.
